"A bone needle, dated to the Aurignacian age (47,000 to 41,000 years ago) was discovered in Potok Cave in Slovenia. We seek to continue this tradition by making our needles from deer bone. Any bone used in our collections are ethically harvested. We do not hunt or kill deer for sport. Many of them we receive as donations or gifts."
